A Kids Book About

These are kids books that matter. There are no dragons, silly bears, or cute tales about princesses. Only the challenging, empowering, and important topics that kids experience every day. Kids' lives are complicated, and the mission is to help kids and their grownups have honest conversations about things that matter.

AKBA wanted to create books that treated kids like they are smart and speak to them straightforwardly and honestly. It emphasises colour, layout, and type to help kids apply the stories to their lives. The books are twice as long as most children books (between 64 to 72 pages), enabling a deeper dive on each subject. The titles in this collection are honest and don’t shy away from the most difficult aspects of each topic.
