We do not ordinarily receive or store full payment-card details ourselves. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment provider selected by the customer.

Hello Youngster does not control how an independent payment provider manages information it collects directly from you.
Delivery information
Where necessary to fulfil an order, we may provide relevant information such as your name, address, telephone number and delivery instructions to Australia Post, Uber Courier or another delivery or logistics provider.
If you arrange your own courier, you are responsible for the information you provide directly to that provider.
Overseas processing and disclosure
Some of the technology and service providers we use operate or store information outside Australia.
Accordingly, personal information may be processed or stored overseas, including in Canada and the United States, and potentially in other countries in which our service providers or their infrastructure operate.
The countries involved can change as providers update their systems and subcontractors.

Hello Youngster sells products for children but our ecommerce and marketing services are intended to be used by adults or people authorised to make purchases.
