Refund policy
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
We offer store credit, exchange or full refund for any items (excluding marked sale items) that are damaged or missing parts. We check each product before assembling your order, but understand that sometimes the issue is something we can't see without opening the product. In the event of the goods being faulty, we will happily cover the return postage and either refund or exchange the goods. On the odd occasion this should happen please contact us within 60 days of purchase.
LOST IN TRANSIT
All shipped parcels include a tracking number. If a parcel hasn’t arrived by the estimated date we will follow up with the relevant delivery company. In the event the deliverer deems the parcel is lost a full refund will be issued, including shipping costs.
CHANGE OF MIND
We cannot refund items if you have changed your mind, and the goods are in working order. But if your purchase is inappropriate, please contact us within 60 days of purchase to discuss exchange or store credit options. If an exchange is offered, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and returned goods must be unopened and in new condition. Any exchange of goods will be at the sole discretion of Hello Youngster. Note that although we aim to fulfil an order quickly, please allow a four-day turnaround during peak times.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
