Delivery & Postage Options

Shipping Updates: Thanks to the seemingly never-ending virus and recent flooding, some postage deliveries are taking longer than expected. Most late parcels arrive within 5 days of the delivery estimate, but WA, northern NSW and QLD are sometimes experiencing longer delays. 

We offer Click & Collect, Local Home Delivery, and Postage across Australia. Please read below for details.

Order Processing
We work hard to prepare your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are ready for pickup, home delivery and postage the same day they are received. 

Click & Collect
We are not offering C&C for orders placed between Thursday 14 April and Thursday 21 April 2022. We are closed for in-store visits during that time. C&C orders will resume on Friday 22 April 2022.   

Local Home Delivery
For customers in the postcodes of 3205, 3206, 3207 and 3182, we are happy to offer local delivery by our team. The delivery window is from 4:30pm to 6:00pm and offered Tuesday through to Sunday (we are closed on Monday).

Local home delivery is a free service we offer for orders with a minimum spend of $100.

Domestic Postage

Hello Youngster offers shipping anywhere in Australia via Sendle. Each order receives a delivery tracker that is shared with you when we organise postage.

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for orders within Victoria, and a $10-$25 rate everywhere else in Australia, based on weight.

Returns
We offer store credit, exchange, or refund for any items (excluding sale items) that are damaged or missing parts. We check each product before assembling your order, but understand that sometimes the issue is something we can't see without opening the product. We may ask you return the item to us at the shop (at our expense) or take a photo of it to send to our team.
