Payment Options & Gift Cards

Hello Youngster offers a range of payment options online and in store.

Payment options

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include:

  • Visa and Mastercard
  • Shopify Payments-supported cards and wallets
  • PayPal
  • Afterpay
  • Zip
  • other payment methods made available through Shopify from time to time.

Some payment methods are provided by independent third parties and are subject to their own eligibility requirements, terms, fees and privacy policies.

Using Afterpay, Zip or another Buy Now Pay Later service does not change your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or Hello Youngster’s applicable returns policy.

If a refund is due for an order paid using Afterpay, Zip or another third-party payment provider, the refund is normally processed back through the original payment method.

Gift cards

Hello Youngster gift cards can be used toward eligible purchases in accordance with the terms provided when the gift card is issued or purchased.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • gift cards are valid for at least 3 years from the date of issue
  • the applicable expiry date will be shown on the gift card
  • gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law
  • no inactivity, account-keeping or other prohibited post-purchase fees are charged
  • gift cards should be treated like cash and kept secure
  • lost or stolen gift cards should be reported to us as soon as possible
  • we may require reasonable information to verify ownership or entitlement before replacing or reissuing a gift card
  • gift cards cannot usually be used to purchase another gift card
  • any unused balance remains available until the applicable expiry date.

Gift receipts

If you are buying a gift, you can ask us for a gift receipt.

Eligible gift returns are handled under our Returns, Refunds & Store Credit Policy and may receive store credit where the return meets our change-of-mind conditions.
