Hello Youngster occasionally provides special offers, discount codes and free-shipping promotions. These offers are designed to give our customers great value while keeping things fair and sustainable for our small business.
Please read the following terms, which apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
1. Eligibility and scope
These terms apply to all online and in-store promotions run by Hello Youngster. They cover all forms of discounts, coupon codes, bundles, free-shipping offers, giveaways and seasonal sales.
Offers are valid only for retail customers purchasing directly from Hello Youngster. They are not available to trade, wholesale or partnership accounts.
2. Excluded products and categories
Unless specifically stated otherwise, discounts and promotional codes cannot be used on:
Items already on sale or marked as clearance
Collectable and limited-edition products (due to limited stock availability)
Gift cards, store credit or digital services such as the Gift Kit Curator
Bundles or pre-packaged gift kits offered at fixed prices
We may also mark some products on their individual pages as “Not eligible for further discount.”
3. Discount code use
Only one discount code can be used per order.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, gift cards or offers.
Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Discount codes hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Hello Youngster reserves the right to cancel or refuse a discount code that appears to have been misused or shared publicly without authorisation.
4. Free-shipping offers
Our free-shipping promotions are based on the final order total after discounts are applied.
Rule: Free shipping applies only if the order total after discounts meets or exceeds the threshold.
Example: Free shipping threshold is $300. Cart is $300. A $30 discount is applied. Final spend = $270 → free shipping does not apply.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Hello Youngster reserves the right to modify or remove free-shipping offers at any time.
5. Duration and changes
Each offer is valid for a limited time only, as stated in the promotion details. Unless specified otherwise, promotions end at 11:30 pm (AEDT) on the date shown or while stocks last.
Hello Youngster may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time, including in the event of system errors, pricing mistakes or stock shortages.
6. Returns on discounted items
Items purchased using a discount or promotional code are eligible for return or exchange only under the same conditions as full-priced products, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds for returned items will reflect the purchase price actually paid, not the original full price.
7. General
Hello Youngster reserves the right to interpret, modify or terminate any offer at its discretion. All promotions are subject to product availability.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s included in the sale? Our Black Friday campaign includes daily price drops, half-price offers on selected items and limited bonus gift or bundle deals. Full details are shown on the Black Friday landing page.
What’s excluded? Gift Cards, Charity items and any products already on sale before the campaign begins. Some items may be excluded due to supplier restrictions.
When will my order arrive? During this busy period, please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
Can I pick up in-store? Yes, in-store pickup is available for online orders at our Albert Park store.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges? Yes. Standard returns and exchange conditions apply. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
Can you gift wrap my order? Yes – complimentary gift wrapping is available for eligible orders, though delays may occur during high-volume days.
Can I use another promo code or discount with this sale? No. Black Friday offers can’t be combined with any other promotion, loyalty discount or coupon.
Do you sell gift cards? Yes, both physical and e-gift cards are available and make excellent presents.
