A quiet invitation to support something meaningful.
We’re inviting just ten people to come alongside us and hold a small stake in Hello Youngster.
This isn’t a typical investment round. It’s not aimed at high returns or fast flips. It’s for people who like to back thoughtful ideas early - who see value in small, purpose-led business and want to be part of shaping what comes next.
We bought Hello Youngster - a toy store with solid bones but little visibility - because we saw the potential to do something different. Not just sell more stuff but support families in raising capable kids. Since then, we’ve been quietly rebuilding the business from the inside out and testing that potential. Bundles, systems, product design, purpose - all evolving and proving the potential is there.
We’ve now reached the point where we’d love to bring in a few good people - to help us unlock the next stage and benefit alongside us as it takes shape.
What is the Founders Circle?
The Founders Circle is a small group of supporters who hold a stake in the business and share in its journey. We’re keeping it personal, intentional and manageable - just 10 investors at this stage (an 'investor' can also be a small group of people).
The offer:
- 💸 $5,000 for 2% equity in the business
- 🎁 Access to wholesale pricing on products we stock
- 💬 Occasional updates, early access to new products and opportunity to suggest ideas.
If you want to be involved - for example, through an advisory group - you can be. If you prefer to back the business quietly, that’s fine too.
What we’re building
- A refreshed 'toy' business with heart and focus
- A smarter product mix for kids - less clutter, more capability
- A growing online store with national and international reach
- A local shop that’s finding its voice (and its customers)
- A plan that prioritises viability, margin and doing it differently.
This isn’t a polished pitch. We don’t have perfect financials or a cult following (yet). But we’ve done the work to test the potential and start to stabilise the business. Now, were ready to grow it.
Who this is for
You don’t need to be a seasoned investor. You just need to:
- Have $5,000 you’d be happy to invest in something with purpose
- Want to see smarter, more thoughtful products in the hands of kids
- Like the idea of quietly backing a small, values-led business
- Be open to what comes next - and maybe even help shape it.
You don’t need to know toys. You just need to care about what we give kids to grow up with.
