Terms and conditions - trade program
Welcome to the Hello Youngster Trade Program. By joining the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure the fair use of trade pricing and support the goals of organisations working with children.
1. Eligibility
To access trade pricing, you must represent an eligible organisation, such as:
- Early learning centres
- Schools and educational institutions
- Toy libraries or playgroups
- Community or sporting groups
- Event planning or hospitality businesses catering to children.
All applications are subject to verification and approval at Hello Youngster’s discretion.
2. Use of trade pricing
Approved Trade Program members may purchase products at a discounted rate for use within their organisation only. Products acquired through the Trade Program:
- Must not be resold
- Must be used in a way that supports children’s engagement, development or wellbeing.
3. Discount levels
Discount tiers may vary depending on product categories, quantities and purchasing history. Hello Youngster reserves the right to adjust discount rates at any time.
4. Orders and payment
Trade orders are to be placed through our designated process. Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not offer credit terms.
5. Shipping
Standard shipping rates apply. We do not guarantee priority handling or express delivery for trade orders unless separately arranged.
6. Right to revoke
Hello Youngster reserves the right to revoke access to the Trade Program at any time if:
- The terms are breached
- The account is used to purchase for resale
- False or misleading information is provided during application
7. Privacy
Your information will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely to administer your trade account and related communications.
